A collaborative five-stage methodology ensuring clarity, precision, and architectural excellence.
Commissioning bespoke architectural joinery is an intimate, creative collaboration. Whether you are a private client embarking on a once-in-a-generation home renovation or a chartered architect specifying fine millwork, our structured five-stage journey guarantees total alignment on aesthetics, structural detailing, budget, and program timelines.
At every stage, you communicate directly with the master craftsmen and draughtsmen responsible for your commission. No call centres, no retail middlemen.
Our journey begins with an in-depth consultation either at our Minster Lovell studio or at your residence. We review architectural plans, spatial objectives, stylistic references, and functional storage requirements. We discuss hardwood species, grain preferences, and ironmongery aesthetics, establishing a clear budgetary framework before any contractual commitment.

We then produce detailed orthographic CAD elevations, section details, and 3D renderings illustrating door clearances, internal cabinetry divisions, and integrated lighting channels.
Typical duration: 2 to 3 weeks | Deliverable: Full CAD drawings & fixed quotationWe invite you to inspect consecutive timber flitches at our workshop or we dispatch a curated timber sample box to your address. Clients are welcome to visit our bench during fabrication to see their piece taking shape.
